Each item is made with a lot of love and care, and is presented as close to the real product as possible, but if you happen to not be satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund upon return of the product within the first 30 days.
If product is an original art piece and happens to be damaged or altered, refund amount will be discussed with customer unless the damage was caused from its delivery journey to and/or from the customer.
The customer will be contacted throughout the entire process of making the product as to reach the highest level of satisfaction possible. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the final product, only 50% of full price will be available for refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Due to the originality of commission pieces from the customer's request, I am not guaranteed profit from the product upon availability to resell.
Wholesale orders are not available for full refund unless all items are damaged and/or incomplete. If only one or a few of the items are damaged or incomplete, full refund of each individual item will be available or the items may be requested to be fixed and or remade. All wholesale orders conditions apply within the first 30 days.
